So, I made it less than one day on the last challenge. Not okay. Between work, school, and the kid's activities I just never got my butt in gear. This time I am doing it. One day at a time.
I'm not even going to wait for another day. Here it is.
Do something beneficial every day.
Tomorrow's plan:
Food:
dosa for breakfast with coffee
leftover stuffed peppers with a side of baby carrots for lunch
dinner-- I don't know yet.
Activity:
walk for 15-20 minutes at lunch
do 5 sets of "negative" push-ups
come up with workout plan
School: (everything is due Friday, gulp)
re-read chapters I don't understand
work on extra credit
rewrite Op-ed
work on study guide for final
Kids:
I think someone has volleyball practice. Yes, I have a planner. No, I haven't been using it as frequently as I should.
So, that is my boring update. I will can't promise the rest will be interesting either. I'm just here for the "likes"--oh, wait. I'm just here for the accountability.
What I will not do is get bogged down by not taking the right steps before starting. I don't need a before picture. I don't need a before weight. I just need a before and a goal. I just need to know where I want to be, not where I am now. I just need to improve my health and be happy with it.
