So, I did okay today. Probably too many carbs, but NO wheat or other grains, so I'll take it.
B: 2 eggs, bacon, two pieces of cantalope
L: salad (Wendy's apple pecan, half), cheese stick ( I mentioned I'm 'primal' right?)
S: random times, two squares dark chocolate, 10 almonds, 10 cashews, Mother's Milk Tea, coffee with cream
D: chicken, sweet potato fries, yogurt with blackberries and raspberries and a sprinkle of flax (helps milk production)
I *think* that is everything, but my memory has been crappy lately :/
