I haven't done a challenge in a long time, heck I haven't made a post in a long time.
So, next month I have a fitness test, so I need to really focus and buckle down. Work and life has really made fitness difficult, so i have decided to get up early and workout before my day starts. I think I'll hate it, but sometimes we have to make sacrifices. Tomorrow is day one. Let's see how it goes!
Simple goals:
Get below 170 pounds
Have an official waist measurement of less than 35.5
Run 1.5 miles in less than 17 minutes
Do 34 sit-ups
Plan:
eat clean/paleo/Perfect Health Diet (with exceptions for Thanksgiving and my birthday)
follow exercise plan provided by my "trainer"
walk during lunch two times per week
sprint with Grokette 2 times per week
Blog at least weekly...hopefully more, because it helps me stay on track.
I will take measurements tomorrow, and maybe before pictures.
